And if this kid is the real deal, he will never see the Minor Leagues again. Heyward has had a stellar spring training. He has played in 18 games and has had 49 at-bats. No wonder the future looks bright for Jason Heyward. He has speed, power and a good batting eye.

Now, as baseball fans, we have to very careful in annointing a young player like Heyward as the second coming of Willie Mays.
