The best pizza in Zurich - Switzerland
The Newspaper Tages-Anzeiger has done extensive research and just published an list with the best pizza parlors in town. I'm listing them here, just in case you get toi Zurich and feel like a great pizza. Their results tend be similar to my own experience, I'll mention my own personal favorite pizza restaurant at then end. Electric oven pizzas Six of the 13 pizza restaurants use an electric pizza oven. There is a hot debate among pizza lovers, what gives the better result, electric or wood oven. The results of the testing team show, that both electic and wood oven can produce great pizzas, whenever, the best eletric oven pizzas only made it to second place. Here are the electric oven pizza restaurants that have gotten great reviews: Miracle, Fröhlichstrasse 37, 8008 Zürich (13 out of max. possible 15 points)
Ristorante Strozzi's, Seefeldstrasse 187, 8008 Zürich (13 points)
Pizzeria Molino, Stauffacher 31, 8004 Zürich (11 points)
Casa Mia, Werdmühleplatz 3, 8001 Zürich (11 points)
Don Leone, Bäckerstrasse 31, 8004 Zürich (11 points)
Pizzeria Mario, Brauerstrasse 15, 8004 Zürich (8 points)
Traditinal wood oven pizzas My personal preference is the wood oven pizza. It just has a tad more of that slightly smokey taste that I personally like a lot. Here are the results for wood oven pizzas: Pizzeria Cuccina, Luisenstrasse 40, 8005 Zürich (14 out of max. possible 15 points)

Da Michelangleo, Gertrudstrasse 37, 8003 Zürich (7 stars) My personal favorite restaurant is the Rosso, all pizzas there are simply a dream! The website of the Rosso is as spartan as the interior, but their pizzas are top!
